All our scrunchies are handmade, one by one, with lots of love and a sprinkle of magic. Each one is unique, just like you! Whether you're channeling your inner Aphrodite or feeling a bit playful with Scarlett, our scrunchies are designed to add a dash of colour and a spoonful of sweetness to any hairstyle. Plus, we aim to hand-pick fabrics which are both smooth and of high-quality, meaning they won't snag or damage your luscious locks.

How do I care for my scrunchies?

Great question! Treat your scrunchies like the royalty they are! Hand wash them gently in cold water with a mild detergent, and let them air dry. An extra tip is to let them dry flat, away from direct sunlight, and to avoid the use of pegs so as to not create any unwanted creases or dents in the delicate fabrics. No tumble dryers or hot water—these beauties prefer to keep it cool and casual. Remember, they’re not just accessories; they’re your hair’s best friends!

Can I return my scrunchie if I change my mind?

Absolutely! We get it—sometimes you just need to switch things up. You have 30 days to return your scrunchie, as long as it’s in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached). Just remember, return shipping is on you, but we promise it’ll be worth it for that scrunchie love!

What if my scrunchie arrives damaged or is incorrect?

Oh no! That’s a hair-raising situation we want to avoid! If your scrunchie arrives looking like it went through a storm, or you received a completely different scrunchie to the one you ordered, just reach out to us via our contact form. We’ll work hard to make it right for you as quickly as possible.

Do you offer exchanges?
