Refund policy
- Returns are available for most items, within 30 days of receiving the items
- Return shipping will be charged to the customer in most cases
- Change-of-mind returns are not available for items marked "Sale" or "Final Sale"
- Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all labels and tags attached

At Malvy Designs we wish to uphold and protect your rights and guarantees as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law and any relevant regulations. We of course have returns, exchanges or refund options available to you based on ACL criteria.
We make and ship our items with love and care, but if you do change your mind for any reason, we have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The parcel bag or box it was originally shipped in can be used to send the item back to us. You’ll also need to include the the receipt or proof of purchase (packing slip provided with original order is okay!).

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label within 2-4 Business days to the above address via email. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping, a standard charge of $10.95, will be at the cost of the customer unless if you have received an incorrect item, or if the item received is faulty.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, either due to change-of-mind or for an incorrect item, is to make a separate purchase of the new/correct item once the return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within approximately 2 to 4 business days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a few business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. For Afterpay Returns, please allow more time for the funds to be reflected in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return without receiving your funds, please contact us at returns@malvydesigns.com. You may also wish to track the process of your return parcel via the tracking number provided on the Return label.
