Once you’ve placed your order, your scrunchie is wrapped and packed with care and precision. We aim to dispatch your order within a couple of business days, ensuring it arrives at your doorstep as quickly as possible and looking as fabulous as they did when they left our hands. If you need your scrunchies to arrive ASAP, we suggest you choose the Express Shipping option at check out. 😉

As soon as your scrunchies are on their way, you’ll receive an Australia Post tracking number via email so you can keep an eye out for your parcel. 👀

One more thing - we care about the planet as much as we care about you, and we did our best to select non-plastic packaging materials that are eco friendly! ♻️🌏

So we want you to know that the packaging in which your order arrives is recyclable and/or biodegradable. The plant-based Ecomailer postage bag, postage label and packing slip are 100% compostable, breaking down without any harmful micro-plastics or residues. So if you're happy with your order and are keeping your scrunchies, you can feed the Ecomailer to your garden or veggie patch! 🌱

Please note: the packing slip backing is not compostable, and must be thrown out along with regular rubbish. 

 

If your scrunchies arrive and they’re not quite what you expected, you can easily re-pack your order in the same postage bag and mail it back to us no worries.
