Hey there, fabulous friend! 🌟 Perhaps you ordered a scrunchie that just doesn’t tickle your fancy, or maybe you simply had a change of heart. No worries! We’re here to help you.

If you decide that the item you ordered isn’t quite your cup of tea (or scrunchie), you can return the item to us worry-free within 30 days of having received it.

  • Returns are available for most items, within 30 days of receiving the items
  • Return shipping will be charged at a standard flat rate of $10.95 to the customer in most cases
  • Change-of-mind returns are not available for items marked "Sale" or "Final Sale"
  • Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all labels and tags attached

 

Requesting your Return

We do need you to follow a few simple steps to make the return process run smoothly for us both.

  1. Condition Check: Make sure your item is in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and still sporting all its tags. 🧖‍♀️
  2. Log In: On our website, sign in to your account, click on the relevant order, and then select the Return option. Follow the prompts on the next page to initiate the return.

  3. Reach Out If you Need to: Drop us an email at returns@malvydesigns.com if you feel the need to send us photos of the items in question to help your return request. Make sure to include basic info such as the Order Number, Item Name, Reason for Return. ✉️
  4. Reviewing: We shall review and assess your request generally within 2-4 business days. If all items are in their original condition and the request return complies with our return policy, we shall send a Return Approval via email along with relevant instructions and/or Shipping Label. 
  5. Return Shipping: You’ll be responsible for the return shipping charges if it is a change-of-mind. The cost of the shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount. But not to worry, if you received a faulty item or the wrong one, we’ll cover those shipping costs. 🎉 
  6. Pack It Up: Use the original packaging if you can, making sure it is completely sealed. And don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase, the packing slip will do just fine! 🎁
  7. Send It Our Way: Once you’ve got everything packed up, send it back to us with the return label attached to the outside of the parcel, and we’ll take care of the rest. Your refund will be processed as quickly as possible.🐆

If you are looking to exchange or swap an incorrect item, the best way to do this is to make a new order with your desired item once the return/refund is processed and completed.
