Maybe you ordered a scrunchie that just doesn’t tickle your fancy, or perhaps you had a change of heart faster than a squirrel on espresso. No worries! We’re here to help you.

First things first, let's go over some simple guidelines to our return policy.

  • Returns are available for most items, within 30 days of receiving the items
  • Return shipping will be charged at a standard flat rate of $10.95 to the customer in most cases
  • Change-of-mind returns are not available for items marked "Sale" or "Final Sale"
  • Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all labels and tags attached

Now let’s talk about that change of mind. If you decide that the item you ordered isn’t quite your cup of tea (or scrunchie), you can return the item to us worry-free within 30 days of having received it.

 

We do need you to follow a few simple steps to make the return process run smoothly for us both.

  1. Reach Out: Drop us an email at returns@malvydesings.com with basic info such as the Order Number, Item Name, Reason for Return, and include any pictures of the items if needed. ✉️
  2. Condition Check: Make sure your item is in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and still sporting all its tags. Think of it as a spa day for your scrunchie! 🧖‍♀️
  3. Return Shipping: You’ll be responsible for the return shipping charges if it is a change-of-mind, but don’t fret! It’s just a small price to pay for happiness. If you received a faulty item or the wrong one (oopsie daisy!), we’ll cover those shipping costs. 🎉
  4. Pack It Up: Use the original packaging if you can. And don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase, the packing slip will do just fine—no one likes a mystery package! 🎁
  5. Send It Our Way: Once you’ve got everything packed up, send it back to us with the return label attached, and we’ll take care of the rest. We’ll inspect your return and let you know if it’s approved. If it is, your refund will be processed as quickly as possible! 🐆

 

If you are looking to exchange or swap an incorrect item, the best way to do this is to make a new order with your desired item once the return/refund is processed and completed.
